1. Listing & Membership Purchases
To list your car on sarthideals.com, users are required to:
- Purchase a suitable listing or membership plan.
- Fill in accurate car details, including contact number, location, and dealership/personal information, to help buyers contact you directly.
Once a plan is purchased, your listing becomes active and visible to thousands of potential buyers.
2. Refund Policy
Please read carefully before purchasing any plan:
- No Refunds:
All membership or listing plan purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, as the service (traffic, visibility, and listing exposure) begins immediately upon plan activation. - Refunds for Double Payments Only:
Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate or double payments made during the purchase of a membership plan.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you have been charged twice for the same plan:
- Send an email to info.sarthideals@gmail.com, with:
- The transaction ID(s),
- The email address or phone number used during purchase, and
- A brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, a refund for the duplicate payment will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Important Note
Please ensure all listing details are entered correctly before submitting, as errors or incomplete information do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Sarthi Moto Deals reserves the right to review and validate refund claims to prevent misuse or fraudulent activity.
